About Us

Dr. John Goldener is the founder and president of Goldener Executive Search. He attended Georgetown University and Medical School did and his residency in Pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He obtained his Masters in Medical Management from Tulane University. After 20+ years as a practicing pediatrician, clinical investigator, and department chair, John began in executive search in 2000.

This unique background in medicine, business, and most importantly, communication with others gives Goldener Executive Search Associates a significant advantage in both understanding the kinds of compounds a company is developing and in finding the right candidate for a given position. We pride ourselves in recognizing the importance of matching both skills and personalities to particular workplace responsibilities and cultures.

We maintain memberships in many professional societies for physicians and have an extensive network of contacts on both sides of the Atlantic. Our ability to network, fluency in French, and a deep knowledge of both the industry and people in it, have given us a high degree of recognition in this industry.
